Returns and Refunds Policy

We operate with intention across every order. If something isn’t right, we’ll review it carefully and work toward a resolution.
Research Use Only Notice
All products offered by Cult Science are intended strictly for research use. They are supplied for lawful, in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified individuals aged 21 or older.
Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical application, or personal use of any kind.
Any communication or activity indicating use outside of permitted research, including references to consumption, dosing, administration, or personal application, may result in order cancellation, account restriction, refusal of future service, and ineligibility for refunds where permitted by law.
Order Accuracy & Support
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us directly. We take accuracy seriously and will review all concerns with care.
Returns & Eligibility
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue. Late reports may be declined if the delay limits our ability to verify the issue or complete carrier and fulfillment review.
Resolutions, including replacement or refund, may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received
- Missing item confirmed by fulfillment records
- Product damaged during transit
- Package visibly compromised in transit
- Fulfillment or processing error on our end
- Duplicate charge or verified billing error
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Determinations are made based on order details, fulfillment and carrier records, payment verification, product condition, supporting documentation, and overall account history.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or credit unless required by law:
- Opened or used products
- Products that have been altered, tampered with, damaged, relabeled, or mishandled
- Items stored improperly after delivery
- Unauthorized returns or returns not following provided instructions
- Orders placed in error or no longer needed
- Products deemed unsuitable for uses outside permitted research scope
- Shipments delayed in transit once transferred to the carrier
- Orders marked as delivered but subsequently lost, stolen, or unavailable
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
- Orders impacted by failure to complete required delivery or verification steps
Prohibited Use
Eligibility for refund, replacement, or credit may be declined if any communication or evidence indicates use outside permitted research, including:
- Human or animal use
- Personal use of any kind
- Dosing, administration, or application
- Injection, ingestion, topical, inhalation, or other bodily use
- Therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, cosmetic, or performance-related use
- Resale, redistribution, relabeling, or supply to unauthorized third parties
Any use inconsistent with Cult Science’s Research Use Only terms or policies may void eligibility.
Account Restrictions
Cult Science reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close accounts and decline future orders where necessary. This may occur in cases including, but not limited to:
- Use or communication inconsistent with research-only terms
- False or misleading claims
- Repeated or excessive refund requests
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Fraud, payment risk, or suspicious activity
- Misuse of products
- Violation of Cult Science’s Terms, policies, or research-use requirements
Required Documentation
To request a review, contact info@cultscience.com and include:
- Order number
- Full name and email associated with the order
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- Clear photos of the shipping label
- Images showing any damage, tampering, or incorrect or missing items
- Any relevant carrier notices or delivery exceptions
Additional information may be requested as needed to complete the review process.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Return Authorization Required
Do not return any product without written authorization from Cult Science.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or deemed ineligible for refund or replacement.
If a return is requested, instructions will be provided. Products must be returned exactly as directed. Failure to follow instructions may void eligibility.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
