Shipping Information

How quickly do you ship and how do I track my order?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships, and are available anytime through our tracking page.
Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is currently being evaluated and may be available in the future. Join our newsletter for updates.
What are your shipping timelines?

Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days. All orders ship via USPS with tracking included.
My package shows delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

First, check around your delivery area, including side doors, porches, or with nearby neighbors. If your package is still not located after 24 hours, contact us a at info@cultscience.com with your order number and we’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve it promptly.
